First of all I want to thank God for giving us life. Also, I want to thank the Wellness
Center and all the workers for their teaching and lead us.
During the three month of training we are learned how to cook healthy food and exercise each day. We also learned how to garden and grow our own food. I saw lots of good things in this program and I learned many kinds of exercise and how to control my diabetes. When I joined this program my blood sugar was 238 and my pound was 138 and I didn’t feel good, but I tried hard and I saw lots of differences in myself. First thing I saw different in me was I could move faster. Second thing was I lost 26 pounds and my blood sugar is down to 125 and sometime is going down to 58. Now I know what the main point is to get my blood sugar down.
First one> Eat right food
Second one>Exercise everyday
Now I want tell everyone else to try to control eating foods like white rice or white bread. And stop eating fried food because of the fat it is not good to our body or our life I know it’s true. This is the right way to do it’s
All scientists say diabetes is one kind of sickness they call silent killer because you will not notice until it’s too late, but now we know what to do to make us live longer. If you don’t control your blood sugar diabetes will get you.
